“How Are You?”
Fine? In 2020, “Busy” has become the new Fine, and for obvious reasons. There’s so much to do in a distracted world. People don’t know where to start.
How many times you went to bed late because you had “things to do”? When was the last time you skipped a meal or a workout for the same reason? You hope to make some extra time for work, but you know, tasks take more than expected.
You’re not alone.
It IS possible to get everything done IF you do it faster. By speed, we don’t mean rushing, but working on peak performance. Would you like to get your whole day’s work done in a few hours?
Your body has the power to uplevel your mind. Take care of it, and it will take care of you on your busiest days.

Pro-health Diet = Mental Sharpness
Eat or not to eat? What should you do?
You certainly need the energy to work properly. Eating the wrong way, however, will slow you down. Digestion takes up to 30% of your energy capacity, depending on the diet.
The goal is to get energy digesting as little time as possible, so you can work effortlessly.
It will help you to look at the low-inflammation foods. Eggs, chicken, avocado, oil, and nuts can reduce brain fog when consumed often.
We’ve nothing against junk food if you enjoy working with a 40% slowdown. Did we mention it affects sleep quality too?
Sleep To Win: Do More And Better
We get it. All-nighters work when done rarely. You may do 24h routines, but how about 48h, 72h? Weaknesses start to come up.
In this extreme case, you’d be consuming more energy just to stay awake. When skipping sleep often, decreases are much more notable.
Worst of all, deprivation reduces accuracy. You may get work done, but it will likely be full of mistakes, forcing you to back-track and do it again with frustration.
Yes, you can eat better and take supplements to compensate for the energy. The main problem remains, however: delusion. When you cannot organize thoughts on your sleep, it creates “brain fog.”
Work is hard enough. Who wants to make it harder by having confusing, random thoughts every five seconds?
Isn’t it convincing enough for you? Remember, if you’ve been sleep-deprived, you may not remember what it felt like being rested.
Exercise: Healthy Body, Healthy Mind
Nothing conditions the mind like exercise does. Huge workloads? Bad emotions? Appointments? A good workout can solve those problems, get you to work, and enjoy it.
What makes it so powerful? It’s movement, and it’s challenging.
When you move, your body activates, and so does the brain. You get more oxygen, which makes you want to keep moving. Exercising can boost your work sessions long after doing it.
Your career may be more complex, but workouts take more energy to do. By doing the hardest things first, the rest of the day becomes easy, sleeping included. Many people enjoy training in the morning.
You don’t need a plan. You don’t need much equipment. You don’t need to do it for hours. But it must be something, and it should take from fifteen minutes to an hour, depending on your intensity.
Find a routine you feel comfortable doing daily, and you will enjoy the benefits of exercise without too much commitment.

Do You Want More Hours Or BETTER Hours?
It takes time to get used to a routine, getting the benefits, and maintain it. Of course, many things may be more important than these activities. Should you do it anyway?
Imagine there’s a man three dollars for every dollar you give him once a day. Would you walk away to “save your money” or give him as much as you have? Many investors do it in business with their money. Why don’t we do the same with our time, the most valuable resource?
Every hour you spend on pro-health tasks may add you four hours of high-quality work for your day. You may cut corners sometimes, but if you do it always, you’re losing, not saving.
Wrapping Up: What Can You Expect?
We aren’t selling a “formula for success.” A healthy body may not be enough to solve every important problem in your life. It’s definitely easier than trying without it.
You should invest time in it but neither taking it as a definitive solution. Other facts may influence your minds, such as your goals, environment, attitude, focus, or relationships.
Perhaps you weren’t taking care of your body lately, and that’s fine. Don’t push yourself too much. Instead, make it consistent by taking one step at a time. Health habits shouldn’t be looked like an overwhelming challenge.
Once you have a healthy body and mind, you will be wondering why you didn’t start sooner.
